摘要
分析了YJ19A卷烟机原重量控制系统存在的影响烟支重量稳定性的设计缺陷:劈刀修剪烟丝时,劈刀与烟丝导轨距离较大,并对其进行了改进。改进后的重量控制系统固定劈刀位置,通过伺服推杆和传动机构调节吸丝带的上下微动,达到稳定烟支重量的目的。
The shortcomings influencing weight stability of cigarette in original weight control system in YJ19A cigarette maker were indicated: the ecreteur discs were relatively far away from the trough rails when tobacco was trimmed. The position of ecreteur was fixed in improved weight control system, cigarette weight was steadied by finely adjusting suction band with servo pusher and transmission mechanism.
