摘要
介绍了机械故障特征频率周围的边频带谱及其谐波理论 ,并以预缩聚反应釜轴承磨损故障为实例说明如何应用边频带谱理论对低转速、大扭矩齿轮箱故障进行分析诊断。事实证明 ,边频带谱及其谐波能够有效地反映机械故障产生的原因 ,因此可以用来对这些特殊齿轮箱故障实施有效的诊断。
The method of fault diagnosis based on analysis of marginal frequency zone and its harmonic waves around mechanical failure charaoteristic frequency is introduced.How to diagnose the bearing wear faults with a low speed and great torque gear case by using the method is discussed.The results show that the marginal frequency zone and its harmonic waves can effectively reftect the reason that result in the machinery fault,and such special gear cas e faults can be diagnosed with the help of them.
