介绍了在不改变原有仪表和控制系统 ,通过软件开发和网络应用 ,实现吐哈油田油库每个大罐的进油和发车动态计量 ,统计出当天的进出罐总量 ,并且生成动态页面 ,实现计量数据的网络查询。
