随着人民生活水平的提高 ,建筑楼宇智能化在我国得到了迅速的发展。作为一门新兴的学科在工程上的应用 ,对我国广大工程技术人员来说 ,仍有许多问题需要研究探索。本文以空调机组监控系统为例 ,结合其工程应用实例来说明楼宇设备监控系统设计流程 ,并初步归纳总结了楼宇设备监控系统设计过程中的通用程序和步骤 ,旨在给同行提供一些有益的参考。

Building equipment stakeout and control system has developed quickly in China with the standard of living improving.As a new subject used in projects,there are a lot of problems unsolved for engineering technician in this area. For the purpose of providing some useful reference, we take an air-condition stakeout and control system as an example and analyses its application to introduce the design process of building equipment stakeout and control system. Finally we summarize the primary usual procedures and steps used in the area of building equipment stakeout and control system.
