针对上海铁路局目前的计算机网络实际情况,结合铁路信息化建设需要,提出改造上海铁路局网络平台、调整计算机网络结构的设想,同时,为大量减少长途通道的使用,提出了汇聚点的概念,使计算机网络更趋安全合理。

It was aimed at the current situation of computer network in Shanghai Railway Administration combined with thedemand for the construction of railway informatization , proposed the consideration of adjusting computer network andreducing the use of long distance channel. It was also put forward the concept of junction, made the computer network morereliable and reasonable.
