摘要
本文介绍了一种以0.05mol/L稀盐酸为稀释液,用紫外分光光度计在276nm波长处检测氟哌酸注射液含量的方法和结果。与以0.05mol/L氢氧化钠为稀释液,在272nm波长处检测相比,本方法具有更高的灵敏度。氟哌酸在1~10μg/mL内呈线性关系(r=0.9999);样品测定回收率为99.7%(RSD=0.51%,n=5);最低检出量为0.05μg/mL。
The article introduces a method of determination of Norfloxacin injection difuted with 0.05mol/L HCI by CV-spectrophometry at 276nm, in comparison with diluent of 0.05mol/L NaOH at 272nm. It has a higher sensitirity. The calibration curve for Norfloxacin is lienar from I to 10μg/mL (r=0.9999) and average recovery is 99.70% (RSD%=0.51, n=5). The limit of minimum determination for Norfloxacin is O.05μg/mL
