地蚕提取物诱导小麦抗条锈病的研究 被引量:6

摘要  以650,700,750,800,850,900mL/L乙醇的地蚕提取液进行了小麦诱导抗病性研究。结果表明,900mL/L乙醇的地蚕提取液诱导抗性平均可达80%以上。提取液对小麦条锈菌夏孢子萌发无明显抑制作用。以100×的900mL/L乙醇的地蚕提取液喷雾处理小麦叶片,5d后接种小麦条锈病菌,小麦叶片中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性均比对照有明显增加,表明地蚕提取液产生诱导抗性的机制是激活了小麦本身的抗病性。 Extracts from Stachyose geobombycis were studied on resistance induction of wheat leaves.After the inoculation of urediospores (Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici) on wheat,the disease index of extract by 900 mL/L alcohol reduced 80%.The extracts didn't restrain the germination of spores apparently.The activities of phenylanine ammonia lyase (PAL),polyphenoloxidase (PPO),superoxide dismutase (SOD) in treated leaves are to be raised with different degree after inoculation of urediospores.It seems that Stachyose geobombycis extracts would induce resistance to stripe rust in wheat leaves through activating the plant defense reaction.
