除臭菌剂在家禽粪便无害化处理中的效果研究 被引量:21

摘要  以自行分离筛选的混合菌株作为除臭菌剂,进行鸡粪堆肥对比试验。结果表明,加入除臭菌剂的处理 比对照提早20d消除臭味,其0~10d的氨气释放平均浓度比加入发酵菌曲及对照处理的分别低21%和46%,同时硫化氢释放浓度在堆制过程中始终低于对照,达到了较好的除臭效果;除臭菌剂使堆料温度≥60℃的时间达到10d,在堆制各时期NH+4-N含量顺序为处理 <处理 <处理 (CK),在发酵结束时(35d)NO-3-N含量以处理 最高,达到了0.137g/kg,表现出除臭和保氮效果,使堆肥后的有机质、总氮、全磷、全钾含量增加显著,其增幅分别为18.6%,14.6%,15.6%和9.4%,且符合粪便无害化卫生标准。 The mixed strains which were separated by ourselves were used as deodorizing microorganism for this experiment of chicken manure composting.The results showed that the injection of deodorizing microorganism could eliminate odour earlier than check's for 20 days,and during 0-10 days,there was an average concentration of ammonia 21% and 46% lower than the injection of commonly fermentation bacterium and check respectively,additionally there was a lower H_2S concentration;the utilization of deodorizing microorganism could last out the composting temperature for 10 days upwards 60 ℃,and reduced the NH^+_4-N content,increased the NO^-_3-N content than the check's,showing the efficiency of deodorization and N holding,it also made notable increase of compost's quantity of organic material,TN,TP and TK,each of them increased by 18.6%,14.6%,15.6% and 9.4% respcetively.and the compost is accord with the innoxious sanitary standard of excrement and urine.
