摘要
研究了钾锰配施对旱地冬小麦植株养分含量、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,施钾锰肥处理与不施钾锰肥处理相比,小麦各生育期植株氮、磷含量均降低,钾含量升高;钾锰配施有极显著的增产效应,增产幅度为12.0%~25.5%;钾锰配施处理的小麦湿面筋含量、沉降值、稳定时间及蛋白质含量均比对照有所增加,钾和锰相比,对小麦上述品质指标的影响更为显著,锰仅对湿面筋和蛋白质含量有一定的影响。
The effect of potassium and manganese fertilizer cooperating application on nutrient content in plant and yield and quality of winter wheat in dryland was studied.The results showed that the nitrogen and phosphorus content in plant of winter wheat at different stages under potassium and manganese fertilizer cooperating treatments decreased compared to no fertilizer treatment,while the potassium content increased.With potassium and manganese fertilizer cooperating application,there was a significant effect of yield-increasing on winter wheat ranging from 12.0% to 25.5%.Cooperating application of potassium and manganese fertilizer could increase sedimentation value,the content of wet gluten and protein,and prolong the dough stable time.The effect of potassium fertilizer on quality of winter wheat was more significant than that of manganese fertilizer.Only the content of wet gluten and protein was effected by manganese fertilizer.
