摘要
以不同剂量核桃油连续给小鼠灌胃,3周后检测小鼠肝、脑组织中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性。结果表明,与对照组相比,17mL/(kg·d)核桃油可显著(P<0.05)提高小鼠肝、脑组织中T-AOC,SOD,CAT,GSH-PX的活力,表明该剂量核桃油可以提高酶的抗氧化作用,且剂量达33mL/(kg·d)时效果最好。
The activities of SOD,CAT,GSH-PX and T-AOC in liver and brain of mice were determined after three-week intragastric supplementation of walnut oil of different doses.The results showed that,in contrast to normal control group,the dose of walnut oil of 17 mL/(kg·d) could obviously improve the activities of T-AOC,SOD,CAT,GSH-PX in liver and brain of mice,the best dose is 33 mL/(kg·d).It suggests that walnut oil had good effects of antioxidation on liver and brain of mice and may be used as an antioxidant.
