一种新的电子显微技术Ca^(2+)定位法

A New Method of Ca^(2+) Orentation Technology in Electronic Microscope

摘要 外界条件变化时,植物细胞中Ca2+分布的变化发生在生理形态变化之前,研究Ca2+分布的变化有助于对植物生理情况的研究。在研究植物细胞中Ca2+的分布时,为排除其他离子复合物对试验结果的影响,在获得Ca2+分布结果后,采用将钙离子螯合掉的方法来检验前面的试验,本研究对以往的检验方法提出了修正,并介绍了一种新的检验方法。 The distributing of Ca2+ can vary with the change of environments, and happens before the changes of physiology and shapes. It helps to study plant physiology to research the changes of distributing of Ca2+. During the prosess of researching Ca2+ distribution , in order to get rid of the effect of other ion complexes, the method of infusion treatment is used to run-off calcium ionic to check up the former experiment. This article corrected the previous checkout method, and introduced a new method.
