三种肝素对维持性血液透析患者相关指标的影响

Comparative studies on influences of three heparins on maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探讨不同肝素在血液透析(HD)中的应用对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的影响。方法分别采用进口、国产低分子肝素(LMWH)及普通肝素(UFH)为血液透析抗凝剂,观察三年相关指标并进行对照分析。结果LMWH组各项出、凝血指标在透析中及透析后无明显改变,出血并发症明显减少,透析三年前后血脂无明显改变穴P>0.05雪。与UFH组比较,穿刺点压迫止血时间明显缩短,透析器及血路管复用容易。进口与国产LMWH无明显差异。结论无论进口或国产LMWH都是维持性血液透析尤其是对伴有轻中度活动性出血的透析患者较为理想的抗凝剂。

Objective To investigate the influences of different anticoagulants (heparins) on end-stage renal failure patients during maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Methods The imported and domestic low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) and unfraction heparin(UFH)were used during MHD,respectively. The correlative targets of bleeding and cruor of patients were observed and analyzed for three years.Results In LMWH group,the bleeding and cruor status were no significant difference (P>0.05) between during hemodialysis (HD) and after HD, blood lipid was no significant difference (P>0.05) before and after HD, the stanched time of patients'puncture points in LWMH group was shorter than that in UFH group and complications of bleeding were decreased. The repeat use of dialyzer and tube in LWMH was easier than that in UFH group.There were no significant difference between imported and domestic LMWH.Conclusion Imported LMWH and domestic LMWH were either an ideal anticoagulant for maintaining hemodialysis patients.
