从自我和谐调查青年军人深层认知及干预治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查青年军人的深层认知体系,开展好目的性的心理工作。方法采用自我和谐量表,症状自评量表(军人版)对191名青年军人心理测查予心理干预治疗。结果自我意识或自我概念与被测者的经验和谐143人,基本和谐42人,基本不和谐6人;自我体验有很大的灵活性154人,比较灵活29人,不灵活8人。结论被测者的自我意识或自我概念与被测者的经验基本和谐。自我是个体对自己存在状态的认知,认知者的经验不同,对相同的认知对象会有不同的结果;心理教育可以增进对己对事的认知。 Objective To investigate the deep cognition system of young army men and develop an aimable psychological therapy.Methods The 191young army men were evaluated with SCCS,SCL-90(armymen edition)and received psychological intervention therapy.Results Self consciousness and self concept was consistent with self experience in 143 individuals,basically consistent in 42 individuals and unconsistent in 6 individuals.There were 154 objects whose self experience had great activity,29 objects whose self experience was active and 8 whose was unactive.Conclusions Self consciousness or self concept of the objects is consistent with their self experience.To same cognitive objective,different conclusions are drawn when objects have different self experience.Psychological education can improve the cognition to self and circumstance.
