摘要
本实验取成年兔25只,作左侧膝关节屈曲30°,踝关节背屈60°的超关节石膏管型制动,以右后肢作为对照。结果发现制动侧肢体骨的放射性核素化台物聚集程度均有不同程度的增加,提示制动侧肢体骨血流和骨代谢都有不同程度的增加。作者强调对制动要采取谨慎的态度,一旦制动则应进行积极的肌肉功能锻炼。
Loss of bone mass could be caused by immobilization. Regional changes of both bone turnover and bone blood flow status were certainly relative each other. Tweenty-five mature rabbits of mixed sex weighting from 3.2 to 4 kg were used in the experiment, The left hind limb cast in a cylindrical extending from just below the inguinal region to the toes with the knee flexed at a 30 degree angle and the ankle dorsiflexed at a 60 degree angle. The right hind limb of the same rabbit served as a control. Bone scanning with technetiumlabeled diaphosphonate compounds was performed after 10, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 days respectively, and then the analysis of the density of each picture was carried out with the picture processing system of IBM computer. The obvious increased uptake of the radionuclide in different degree was found over the bone of the immobilized limb compared with the control. The result indicated that both the bone blood flow and bone turnover increased during immobilization. Authors emphasized the method of immobilization in clinical practice must be with great care. Once immobilized, patient must do active exercise of the muscles.
