西南地区主要人为灾害旅游资源及其开发利用

The Main Tourism Resources by the Man-made Disasters in the Southwest Area and the Development and Utilization of them

西南地区不仅地理环境复杂 ,各种自然灾害严重 ,而且人为灾害也分布广泛 ,类型多样 ,不仅有生产性事故、交通事故、战争、社会暴力动乱以及各种社会犯罪行为的影响等 ,还有各种环境问题也常常导致人为灾害的发生 .虽然目前将某些人为灾害遗址遗迹等作为旅游资源来加以开发利用的成功案例还不多 ,但笔者认为 ,只要能够把握旅游消费者的心理 ,精心设计 ,准确定位 ,其开发利用前景还是较为可观的 .当然 ,人为灾害破坏现有旅游资源、影响旅游业发展的社会环境、降低旅游交通的通达性等负面影响也是显而易见的 .

In the southwest area the geographical conditions are very complicated, and all kinds of natural disasters are serious. Polytypic man-made disasters are widely distributed. For example, there are not only productive accidents, traffic accidents, wars, social violence and undesirable consequences, but also man-made disasters caused by human economic actions. Although there are not many successful examples for developing or making use of some man-made ruins and remains as tourism resources, the present author thinks the prospects for developing and applying are promising if done with careful design and know-how. Of course, it is still an apparent fact that man-made disasters are destroying the present tourism resources, affecting the social environment for the development of tourism business. Thus these actions make the road less clear for future development or design.
