摘要 目的探讨原发性帕金森病患者血清神经生长因子水平的变化及其临床意义。方法对32例原发性帕金森病患者,以改良HoenhandYahrScale分期量表(HYS)和统一帕金森病评分量表进行病情分期和评分,并以酶联免疫吸附法检测血清神经生长因子水平,同时与24名健康对照者比较。结果HYS评分≤2期的轻症患者血清神经生长因子水平明显低于HYS评分>2期的中~重症患者及对照组(均P<0.001)。结论外周血神经生长因子的变化可能与原发性帕金森病的发病存在一定关系,早期应用神经生长因子治疗可能会延缓疾病进展。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of nerve growth factor (NGF) in idiopathic parkinson's disease (PD) at different stages. Methods Serum NGF levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 32 PD patients and 24 health subjects. The clinical stages of patients were evaluated with modified Hoenh and Yahr Scale (HYS). Results The serum NGF levels in mild PD patients (HYS≤Grade 2) were lower than those in moderate to severe PD patients (HYS>Grade 2) and health subjects. Conclusion The alterations in serum NGF levels may be related to the episode of PD, which suggests that early use of NGF may delay the progress of PD.
