本实验参照Graeber's连枷胸实验模型。对10只家犬进行了实验,旨在对连枷胸"摆动气体"加以探讨,实验结果表明。连枷胸时"摆动气体"是不存在的。与Maloney的观点一致。建议在连枷胸病理生理改变中取消"摆动气体"这一概念。
The 'pendelluft' of flail chest was studied based on Graeber's model. The concentrations of CO_2 and O_2 in trachea and both main branchi were analyzed chromatographically before injury, 1 hour each after injury and while on traction. The pressures of both pleural cavities and blood gas were examined throughout the experiment. No significant differences in O_2 and CO_2 concentrations were found between right and left main bronchi during inspiration or expiration, and no significant differences between Pr and Pl throunhout the experiment either. Blood gas analyses showed metabolic acidosis and respiratory alkalosis after injury and traction 'Pendelluft' between two lungs was not found in (?)ur experiment. It is concluded that the pathophysiological changes of flail chest are not caused by 'pendelluft'.
