The bureaucratic establishment in Tang Dynasty exerted a significant historical influence serving as a link between the past and the future. These Characteristics are: Firstly, the further development of centralization system. Secondly, the organizations of all authorities levels were getting well-knit and work in cooperation with a due division of labour. Thirdly, officials are obedient and responsible to the central authorities.
