摘要
教师问题行为有其发生、发展的过程和产生的原因。近年来,对教师问题行为的研究虽然取得了一些成果,但还不够深入,尤其缺少实证性研究。加强对教师问题行为的反向研究有助于防止教师教育行为出现偏差,对提高教育教学质量有着十分重要的意义。
Teachers' behavior problems have their own process to occur and develop, and causes to make. Although some achievements have been got in recent years, it still lacks deep and confirmatory inquiry. The opposite research on teachers' behavior problems will prevent teachers from making educational faults and it is very significant to enhance educational quality.
