高校助学问题思考

Pondering over Problem on Giving Financial Aid to College Students

对经济困难学生给予资助,使其完成大学学业,是国家政策的要求和社会发展进步的需要。高校助学工作,不仅关系学生,也关系高校,更关系国家社会和经济的发展。本文从助学问题前提、助学指导思想等方面分析了我国助学工作的现状,提出了高校助学制度和体系设计的初步构想。

It is the requirement to our country's policy as well as the social development to give financial aid to students and help them to finish their studies. Giving financial aid to students in colleges is not only relevant to students, but also to colleges. Furthermore, it plays a very important part in the development of our society and economy. The current situation of this work is analysed from aspects of the prerequisite of the problem on giving financial aid to students and it's guiding ideology, then a tentative idea about the system of giving financial aid to students in colleges and it's system design are put forward.
