In the change period, the college reformation is starting just now, thus we have new developmental opportunity, and we are faced with many problems. Today, the college is a cell of the whole social market, which deeply receives the influence of the whole social market, such as college conception, new system of university and specific reformation step, etc. so, paying much attention to the college in the whole social market will be of great benefit to of the college reformation.
