随着大众教育的到来 ,诸多挑战出自于在校大学生艰苦奋斗精神的因素 ,高校德育工作思路也应随之做出调整 ,才能培养出国家建设所需要的高素质的人才。着重阐述大众教育下出现的挑战大学生艰苦奋斗精神的因素 。

With the coming of mass education,there are ma ny factors which challenge the spirit of hard struggle of undergraduates. Colleg es and Universities should adjust the instructions and methods of moral educatio n. Only by this can high quality people who answer for the need of modernization construction be trained . This text elaborates the factors that challenge the s pirit of hard struggle of undergraduates appearing in mass education .At the sam e time it brings forward the principles and striving aspects that should be insi sted on by colleges and universities in moral education .
