中国特色的非营利组织剖析——对“平民教育会”的管理学透视

Analysis on the Nonprofit Organization with Chinese Characteristics

晏阳初领导的平民教育会是中国非营利组织的一个典范,在中国农村的社会转型中进行过深入的探索。从管理学的视角,对晏阳初领导的平民教育会从组织机理和运行机制角度进行分析,总结其特色。文章提出"稳定 机械型"和"适应 有机型"组织之间具有可逆性、价值认同是非营利组织扩大其"诱因"的心理基础、使命感和人本管理是非营利组织成败关键等观点。

The mass education mission led by Yan Yang-chu is a classic model of Chinese nonprofit organization, which has carried on deep exploration in the social transition of Chinese countryside. From the view of management, this article analyzes the organizing and operating mechanism of mass education mission, and summarizes its characteristics. It points out that value admission is the psychological foundation of nonprofit organization's inducement to enlarge the sense of mission and the management based on the people is the key of success of nonprofit organization.
