摘要
在我国旅游业的发展过程中,旅游产业的组织结构逐步优化,但是仍然存在结构松散、有机联系不够、缺乏整体合力等问题。综合考虑我国旅游产业的组织结构具有综合性、边缘性和刚性强、市场集中度低、布局松散、产品链条不畅等特点,必须制定相应的旅游法规和产品政策,改革企业产权制度和旅游业的管理体制,以优化旅游产业组织结构。
The characteristics of the tourism organization structure in China lie in symthesis,dual discipline,stiffness,low centralization,loose composition and obstruction in product chains. In the developing of China tourism,the organization structure has been optimized,but there are still mang problems, such as inattentive composition,unadequate ralation,lacking pool efforts. The paper tries to give some advice on how to optimize the tourism organization in China from four aspects:we should formulate relevant laws and product policy,reform the property rights system,organize tourism enterprise group and strengthen the management of tourism industry.
