摘要
为了实现机床行业面向大规模定制的产品族设计,提出了客户驱动的基于Internet的内圆磨床产品族定制系统。系统的实现主要包括两个过程:产品族模型的建立和定制产品的生成。设计过程中,分别应用模块化设计和基于可调节变量设计这两种方法建立了产品族模型,并利用事物特性表技术、Socket通信技术和参数化CAD技术等来快速实现具体的定制产品,最终将产品以VRML形式展现在客户面前。建立产品族模型的两种设计方法既相互区别又存在一定的联系,其主要区别在于前者以个性化模块的变化来实现产品族中的产品设计,后者以产品族中产品设计变量作为可调因子,通过可调因子的取值变化生成产品。
To study product family design for mass customization in the industry of machine tool, Internet-based and customer-driven customization system of internal grinder family was proposed. Two processes were included in the system: modeling product family and customizing individuation product. In order to model product family and customize product, modular-based design method and scale-based design method were used, and some key technologies including tabular layouts of article characteristics, Sockets and parametric CAD were utilized. Products were shown in the form of Virtual Reality Modeling Lanauage(VRML) finally. The main difference between modular-based and scale-based method was that individual modules and scaled variant. In the former method, modules were substituted, taken out or added to finish product, and in the latter, the value of scaled variants were changed to develop product.
