两台尿液分析仪室内质控结果的分析

The Discussion about Two Team's Results of Urine Internal Quality Control

目的 提高同一实验室不同尿液分析仪测定结果的可比性。方法 将两个仪器间每个批号室内质控结果分析和进行Wilcoxon秩和检验。结果 96.5％的结果位于两个级别之内,20031216组结果显示仪器间结果不一致,经改进后的20031012组结果基本一致。结论 实验室存在多台尿液分析仪时,在做好各机室内质控的同时,应及时加以比对,使实验室的尿液分析仪结果精确可靠,具有可比性,因而提高尿液检查的检测质量。

Objective To improve the comparison of the results determined by two urine analyzer in the same laboratory. Methods Two urine analyzer was compared with the results of internal quality control by Wilcoxon rank sum test. Results 96. 5% results locates two classes inside. 20031216 results showed that instrument result inconformity.20031012 result after the improvement basic consistence. Conclusion The laboratory exists many pedestal urine liquid analyzer,at work well while each machine indoors quality control of the same time,should on time take into comparison. So the urine test results may be precise,reliable and comparable. Thereby,improve the quality of urine detection.
