摘要
于花后约53~61d采集橄榄幼果,取其大小约8mm以上的完整幼胚接种在以MS或WPM为基本培养基、附加琼脂7g/L,蔗糖50g/L,CH0.5g/L及GA3和KT各0.5mg/L的培养基上,成苗率可达68%~81%.将幼胚萌发苗切成带1个腋芽的小段,插于以1/2MS为基本培养基、附加琼脂7g/L,蔗糖15g/L,PVP4g/L及IBA4mg/L的培养基上进行扩繁,生根率可达56.7%.
Immature fruits of Canarium albul were collected around 53~61 d after flowering, and entire immature zygotic embryos about 8 mm in length were used as explants and incubated with 12 h of light per day. On MS or WPM medium supplemented with 7 g/L agar, 50 g/L sucrose, 0.5 g/L CH, 0.5 mg/L GA3 and 0.5 mg/L KT,the germination ratios of the embryos reached 68%~81%. On 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 7 g/L agar, 15 g/L sucrose,4 g/L PVP and 4 mg/L IBA, the rooting rate of the young shoots derived from the immature embryos was (57.6%.)Thus the shoots can be multiplied.
