利血平、多巴胺与LHRH-A对泥鳅排卵的影响

EFFECTS OF RESERPINE DOPAMINE AND LHRH-A ON THE OVULATION IN MISGUYNUS ANGUILLICAUPATUS(AUTOR)

实验结果显示,腹腔注射利血平(4μg/g)+LHRH-A(0. 1μg/g)与多巴胺(4μg/g)+LHRH-A(0. 1μg/g)排卵率明显提高,与生理盐水+LHRH-A(0.1μg/g)相比有非常显著的差异(P<0. 01) .提示利血平与多巴胺均能增强LHRH-A诱导泥鳅排卵的效应.

The purpose of the study is to observe comparatively the effects of reserpine (RSP),dopamine(DA)and LHRH-A on the ovulation in Autor.Experimentation showed that the abdominal injection of RSP(4μg/g)+LHRH-A(0. lμg/g)and DA(4μg/g)+LHRH-A(0. lμg/g)caused obviously increase of the rate of ovulation,which greater than control saline+LHRH-A(0. 1μg/g)P<0. 01. The result suggests that RSP and DA might increase the effects of ovulation induced by LHRH-A in Autor.
