大麦离体培养花药对低温预处理及NaCl胁迫的反应 被引量:1

摘要 以 3份大麦基因型作供试材料 ,探讨了离体麦穗低温预处理对花药离体培养愈伤组织诱导、绿苗分化及NaCl胁迫对花药培养愈伤组织分化形成绿苗的可能原因。依据研究结果 ,推测 :不同供体基因型的花药对低温预处理首先是一个冷胁迫反应 ,其次才是培养反应。认为制定适宜的低温预处理时间 。 The possible reasons for the effects of spik es pretr eated with low temperature on the callus induction and green plant regeneration from anther culture and calli cultured with NaCl stress on the green plant regen eration were investigated by use of 3 barley genotypes as experimental materials . According to the results, the effect of low temperature pretreatment on the cu lture for anthers of different donor genotypes was supposed to a response of coo l stress firstly and a response of the culture secondly. The suitable time of th e low temperature pretreatment for donor genotypes was suggested by consideratin g the obtainment of highest freq. of green plant regeneration.
