摘要
以野生霍山石斛 (DendrobiumhuoshanenseC .Z .TangetS .J .Cheng)茎尖及带芽点的节段为外植体 ,研究了基本培养基、各种激素对细胞团的诱导及分化作用 ,确定了以MS为基本培养基与 6 BA、NAA配合使用进行诱导 ;以大量元素减半 ,并降低蔗糖浓度至 2 0 %的MS培养基进行分化 ,获得了大量再生芽簇。
Using stem apexes and stem segments with buds of D endrobium huoshanense as explants, the effects of different basic mediums, con centrations and combinations of hormones on inducing and regenerating were resea rched. It has been confirmed that the MS medium added with 6-BA and NAA was sui table for induction, and the MS medium with 1/2 macroelements and 20% sugar was fit for regenerating.
