茭白不同采收方式对匍匐茎和萌芽数的影响

INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT HARVEST MANNERS ON CREEPING STEMS AND SHOOTS OF WATER BAMBOO (Zizania latifolia Turcz.)

以茭白品种“蒋墅茭”和“葑红早”为试材的研究结果表明 :肉质茎采收后剪去叶片可使茭墩的地下匍匐茎抽生数及翌年新芽萌发数明显减少 ;不采收肉质茎则可使其数量明显上升 ;总数均随茭墩留蘖数的增加而增加 ,但平均每蘖的萌生数量随茭墩留蘖数的增加而减少。因此 ,建议茭白生产上应充分重视茭白采收后的田间管理。

The differences of two water bamboo varieties in t he growth and development were studied under different harvest manners. The resu lts showed that cutting leaves after picking swollen galls could make the underg round creeping stems and the shoots newly sprouting in the next year decrease ob viously; not picking galls could make them increase. The total creeping stems an d shoots increased with the tillers left of plant, but average shoots per tiller decreased with the tillers left of plant. So, it is suggested that much attenti on should be paid to the field management after picking swollen galls.
