切花月季的保鲜剂及其保鲜效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用市售瓶插液、花鲜剂和“自配保鲜剂” ,进行了月季 (Rosehybridacv .)鲜切花的瓶插综合保鲜效果实验。结果表明 :月季鲜切花外部形态及瓶插寿命 ,各处理间差异显著 ,市售瓶插液、自配保鲜剂处理外部形态综合得分高 ,瓶插寿命长。月季切花达到水分平衡值的天数为自配保鲜剂为 10 .1d ,瓶插液为 9.2d。处理液 pH值、水质和粘度变化 ,以瓶插液和自配保鲜剂变化小 ,其保鲜效果好。自然抗菌能力 ,以自配液最好。月季切花的保鲜宜选市售瓶插液或“自配保鲜剂”。在不加任何保鲜剂的情况下 ,冷开水保鲜效果和自然抗菌能力好于自来水。 The experiments of keeping cut flower of China rose fresh were carried out with different fresh-keeping agents. The results showed that there were significant difference in the external morph and vase life of th e cut flower under different treatment. Using the special solution for cut flow er from market and the fresh-keeping agent prepared by author had a higher comp rehensive appearance score and a longer vase life. The time of reaching water ba lance of the cut flower was 10.1 d under the fresh-keeping agent and 9.2 d unde r the special solution. Using both agents also had a less change in the pH value , water quality and viscosity of treatment fluids and a good fresh-keeping effe ct. The fresh-keeping agent prepared by author had the best anti-bacterium act ion. Without adding any fresh-keeping agents, cold boiled water had a better fr esh-keeping effect and better natural anti-bacterium action than tap water.
