摘要
采用盆栽茎叶处理法 ,以H 35 1和二甲四氯钠盐两种除草剂混配对加拿大一枝黄花 (Solidagocanadensis)的联合毒力进行生物测定。结果表明 ,混剂的增效作用高达 2 .2 5倍。用统计理论分析得出了两药剂混用的最佳配比 ,并通过田间药效试验证实了该配方的除草效果。
The test for the joint toxicity of mixtures of H- 351 and MCPA·NA to Canada goldenrod was carried out by spraying leaves of pot p lants. The result showed that the synergism of the mixtures could reach 2.25 tim es. The optimum mixing ratio of H-351 to MCPA·NA was got by statistical analys is, and its control efficiency was verified through field experiments.
