大连城市发展的空间布局形态研究

STUDY ON THE FUTURE MORPHOLOGY OF URBAN SPACIAL ALLOCATION OF DALIAN

通过对大连城市地域运动原因、趋势和过程的分析,得出未来城市布局形态将向北移,在北部将形成以金州和开发区为顶点,沿高速公路和黄海沿岸两条优势轴线的“V”字形城市带,“V”字形中部成为控制城市发展的绿带,在旅顺与市中心区将尽量避免城市在规模上的膨胀,而把重点放在城市经济结构、用地结构的转换上,实现向现代化国际性城市的转化.

The thesis first analyses the evolving reason,trend and process of the urban district of Dalian,Then the author reaches the conclusion that the future morphology of urban allocation will extend to the north of the city,where dual urban belt will be formed.The dual urban belt takes Jinzhou city and Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone together as apex of “V”.One will extend along Shen-Da expressway and the other will along the coast of the Yellow sea,The intermediate Zone of “V” will be a green belt for controlling urban expansion,Lshun city and the city center should avoid expansion of urban Scale,the main task of urban de- velopment will be the adjustment of urban economic and the transformation of land strature,so that the city will implement modernization and internationalization.
