摘要
目的探讨青少年下腰椎峡部裂的手术方法及其价值。方法共11例,年龄15～20岁,平均18岁。手术采用前、中、后柱360°脊柱融合方法治疗该疾病,术后3d开始下床活动,腰围固定2个月。结果手术平均时间为3h,失血量为250ml,术后平均随访10个月,所有患者均在术后3个月愈合。结论青少年下腰椎峡部裂,360°脊柱融合方法治疗该疾病,均取得了良好疗效,是一个比较理想的手术方式。
Objective:To investigate the operation teachnique and its value for treatment of adolescence spondylolisthesis Method:The front,middle and back column of spine were fused in 11 patients from 15 to 20 years(average 18) The patients began to exercise only 3 days after operation The patients were immobilized with plaster brace for 2 months Result:Average operation time were 3 hours,and average blood loss were 250ml Follow up for about 10 months,and all cases healed within 3 months Conclusion:To treat the adolescence spondylolisthesis by spinal,360 degree fusion can get a nice result So the authors think this kind of operative method is perfect
