嗅鞘细胞移植预防失神经骨骼肌萎缩

摘要 目的了解嗅鞘细胞移植对失神经后骨骼肌萎缩的作用。方法大鼠坐骨神经切断后骨骼肌内包埋,进行DMEM和嗅鞘细胞的移植,在术后4、8、16和32周进行诱发电位、肌肉湿重、骨骼肌病理学改变和肌纤维截面积检查,对结果进行统计学分析。结果嗅鞘细胞移植与对照组相比在肌肉功能和抗肌萎缩方面都有明显优越的作用。结论嗅鞘细胞移植对失神经骨骼肌有恢复功能和对抗肌萎缩的作用。 Objective:To investigate whether olfactory ensheathing cells(OECs) transplantation could counteract myatrophy of denervated skeletal muscle Method:Section of unilateral sciatic nerve of adult rats was used as injury model The proximal end was sutured and embedded into skeletal muscle OECs or DMEM were injected into the suture spot At 4,8,16,32 weeks postoperation,motor evoked potential (MEP),wet weight of muscles,cross section area of muscle and the growth status of nerve were determined respectively,the results were analyzed with statistics method Result:OECs transplantation group was obviously better than control group in muscle function and the effects of anti myatrophy Conclusion:OECs transplantation could prevent myatrophy and eventually improve muscle function
