摘要
报道了柞蚕素对十几种常见的食品污染菌的抑菌作用.结果表明:柞蚕素对与食品腐败有关的多种革兰氏阳性及阴性细菌均有较强的杀灭作用,对某些霉菌也有抑制作用,为科学地开发和利用柞蚕素提供了某些实验依据.
The bacteriostasis of Zuocansu on decades of common fungi and bacteriawhich polluto foodstuff were studied.The study results had shown that Zuocansu hadvery strong killing effect on various G^+ and G^- bacteria which involved in putrid food-stuff and had restrainning effect on some moulds.This study provided some expermen-tal data for exploiting and making use of Zuocansu scientifically.
