摘要
在对钢样进行光电光谱分析时,其表面情况对分析结果有直接影响。本文讨论了电极形状对击穿电压和电离度的影响、得出结论:只有当钢样表面磨蚀条纹的宽度与上电极直径相匹配时,样品才能充分激发。同时,本文给出了实验方法及实验数据,并用测得的含量与磨纹宽度做出关系曲线,可以看出理论与实验结果相吻合。
In photoelectric spectral analysis for a steel sample,the result depends on the condition of sample surface.This paper discusses how the shape of electrode affects the breakdown voltage and the ionizability.It follows that:only if the width of abrasive fringe on the sample surface is matched with the diameter of upper electrode(tungsten needle),the sample will be excited sufficiently.This paper shows the experimental method,data and the plot of width of abrasive fringe vs content measured by a Jarell- Ash series 1100.The experimental result is satisfied with the theory.
