医院感染管理研究

Management and Study of Hospital Infection

目的 探讨我国医院感染管理研究的发展方向。方法 从医院感染监测、控制及研究 3个方面 ,剖析与比较国内外医院感染管理发展水平及现状。结果 我国在医院感染管理学科建设、人员层次、监测技术标准、标准预防及相关研究领域 ,尚存在许多不足。结论 人员管理与教育、医院感染的目标性监测及综合性医院应对突发公共卫生事件应急体系的建设等是我国医院感染管理研究学科发展的主要方向。

OBJECTIVE To elucidate the key direction of hospital infection management in China. METHODS we analyzed thoroughly the domestic and international advances in hospital infection management, surveillance, control and research. RESULTS Many defects in personal education, surveillance methods, standard precaution and epidemiological study of hospital infection were found in China. CONCLUSIONS The personnel resource and education of hospital infection management, nosocomial infection objective-surveillance, construction of emergency preparedness and response system for public health event, etc., are the essential points of hospital infection management in the future.
