阴囊Paget病17例诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of 17 cases with scrotum Paget disease

目的 提高阴囊Paget病的诊断和治疗水平。方法 回顾性分析 1980年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 12月收治的 17例阴囊Paget病患者的临床资料。结果 病理切片 17例均可见Paget病的典型特征。其中A1期 10例 ,A2期 6例 ,B期 1例。 15例获随访 6 0d～10年 ,4年复发 2例。结论 对久治不愈的阴囊皮炎或湿疹 ,应尽早行皮肤活检确诊 ,积极手术治疗。

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of scrotum Paget disease. Methods The data of 17 cases with scrotum Paget disease hospitalized from Jan, 1980 to Dec 2001 were reviewed and analyzed. Results Typical pathological features were observed in the 17 patients with scrotum Paget disease, including 1 A1 patient, 6 A2 patients and 1 B patient. The duration of following-up of 15 patients was 60 d～10a. Recurrence was found in 2 cases within 4 years. Conclusion Persistent scrotum dermatitis or eczema should be examined early by biopsy. Once accurate diagnosis was made, the operation should be performed immediately.
