摘要
目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗 7例感染性皮肤坏死的治疗效果。方法 :采用暴露疗法 ,用湿润烧伤膏涂擦创面 ,每日 4～ 5次 ,同时必须静脉使用有效的抗菌素。结果 :治疗 7天后创面新鲜肉芽开始增生 ,2周后基本愈合 ,其中 2例因创面较大而行点状皮片移植术。所有病人痊愈出院。结论 :湿润暴露疗法治疗感染性皮肤坏死的疗效确切 ,无感染及瘢痕形成。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating infectious skin necrosis. Method: 7 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO. The drug was applied 4 to5 times a day. Result: Granulation began to grow after the wounds were treated with MEBO for 7 days and the wounds healed in 2 weeks. 2 cases with large wounds were subjected to skin grafting. Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating infectious skin necrosis. No infection and no scar formation occurred.
