“4S”技术在房山区森林防火中的应用

Practice of "4S" Systems for Avoiding Forest Fire in Fangshan County, Beijing

为建设好首都西南的绿色生态屏障,保护好绿化成果,常规的森林防火办法已经不能适应当前形势,必须引进高科技技术应用到森林防火工作中,以适应复杂地貌类型、高效护林防火工作需要。随着形势的发展房山区逐步形成了一套完整的"4S"森林防火体系。通过应用"4S"技术,房山区掌握了林火发生的规律,提高了房山区在森林防火工作中的预防、指挥、扑救能力,林火发生率、经济损失大幅度下降,保证了林区秩序的安定。

Application of '4S' systems for forest fire-proof in Fangshan county, Beijing was reviewed. The ('4S') fire avoiding systems in Fangshan included CIS, GIS, GPS and RS system. It supplies data on the frequency of the fire, increases the credibility of fire forecasting and capability of fire avoiding, and decreases forest firing and economic losses. Therefore, '4S' technique is the assurance of the stability and development of forest area.
