摘要
笔者针对当前数字图书馆与传统图书馆并存的现状,论述了进行图书馆机制重组的必要性,阐述了图书馆机制重组的内容和目标并针对当前情况提出了进行机制重组的策略,研讨了一些实际业务的归属问题。
According to the status of coexisting of digital and traditional library, The auther expounds the necessity of library's mechanism reconstruction, the content and the aim of the reconstruction, puts forward the strategy and finally discusses the polarity of some practical works.
