注射不同剂量IgG对仔猪生产性能及血液指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用辛酸沉淀法从屠宰场收集来的猪血浆中提取IgG,并将提取IgG按不同剂量(0、300、600、900mg/头)静脉注射10窝21日龄仔猪80头(每试验组20头,由每窝选1公1母计2头组成),分别测定不同试验组仔猪平均日增重、腹泻头次、血清碱性磷酸酶活性。结果显示,高剂量IgG(900mg/头)试验组个体21~30日龄平均日增重、22日龄血清总蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(p<0 05),并能有效降低仔猪腹泻头次。结果表明21日龄仔猪注射900mg猪血IgG能提高仔猪生产性能和免疫机能。 Eighty 21-day-old piglets from 10 litters were evenly divided into four groups injected with different doses (0, 300, 600 and 900 mg/per pig) of IgG, extracted from porcine blood by procedure of caprylic acid depositting . Each animal's average-day-gain(ADG), diarrhoea days, serum Alkline phosphatase (AKP) activity and total protein were measured on different days after injecting. The results showed that the group injected with high dose IgG (900mg) were better than the contrast group in ADG between day 21 and 30 and serum total protein significantly (p<0.05). Meanwhile, the number and duration of diarrhoea piglets were less than that of the contrast. znjection with 900mg IgG from porcine blood improved the performance and immunity of piglet.
