摘要
分类综述提取于蛭类动物体内的抗凝血物质的抗凝机制、构效关系及临床应用开发。对蛭类体内抗凝血活性物质的深入研究 ,大大推动了人们对凝血机制的认识 ,并促进了抗凝血药物的发展。
The anticoagulant mechanism , structure-activity relationships and clinical applications of anticoagulants de rived from leeches were classifiedly reviewed. Further studies on them have p romoted our understanding of coagulant mechanisms and development of anticoagula nt drugs. [
