摘要 Adventitious buds produced from the callus of Ziziphus jujube by tissue culture, encapsulated with 4 sodium alginate (basic MS+0.1 mg·L+{-1} ZT+0.5 mg·L+{-1} IBA) and solidified for 10 minutes with 2 calcium chloride, were considered as the artificial seeds, which germinated into plantlets by a rate of 89 on aseptic MS solid medium, and 75.5 and 71 on aseptic soil and aseptic moist filter paper respectively.
