诊治12例肾蒂伤的回顾性探讨

Renal Pedicle Injuries:A Review of 12 Cases

报告12例肾蒂血管伤,占同期肾外伤的7.8%。当情况允许时,采用动脉造影,CT等现代技术做出术前伤情确诊,并力争于早期施行手术治疗。如果无血肾能于12小时内重建血液循环,则自体移植肾很可能恢复功能。并设想离体肾技术如能适时用于肾蒂伤,则肾丧失率将会有所降低。

Twelve patients with renal pedicle injury were reported. The incidence was 7.8% in total numbers of the renal injuried treated in our hospitals within the same period. It was conformed that arteriogram and CT would reach a definite diagnosis and should be undertaken if available. Surgical intervention is necessary and should be done as early as possible because autotransplanted kidney is apt to restore functions within 12 hours after injury.
