摘要 目的 :研究P16蛋白 ,cyclinD1在舌癌原发灶及转移淋巴结中的表达 ,旨在探讨它们与舌癌淋巴结转移的关系 ,以指导治疗和评估预后。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 2 43例舌癌的原发灶及其转移淋巴结的P16蛋白 ,cyclinD1表达。结果 :2 43例舌癌的原发癌中P16蛋白阳性表达率为 5 6.4% ( 13 7/2 43 ) ,cyclinD1的阳性表达率为 62 .1% ( 15 1/2 43 )。P16蛋白 ,cyclinD1表达与舌癌的组织分化和淋巴结转移密切相关 ,而与临床分期和发病部位无关。结论 :P16蛋白缺失 ,cyclinD1过表达与舌癌的组织分化和淋巴结转移有关 。 Objective:To investigate the expression of P16 and cyclin D1 in primary tongue cancer and their metastasis in lymph nodes.Methods:Immunohistochemical detection of proteins of P16 and cyclin D1 was undertaken in tissue sections of 243 cases of primary tongue cancer and their metastasis lymph nodes. Results:The positive expression rate of P16 and cyclin D1 in primary tongue cancer was 56.4%(137/243) and 62.1%(151/243) respectively.In the lymph node metastasis the positive expression of P16 and cyclin D1 was 40%(27/68) and 78%(53/68) respectively. The expression of P16 and cyclin D1 showed no relationship with the clinical stage and the anatomic site of tongue cancer(P>0.05),cyclin D1 was positively and P16 negatively associated with the differentiation and the lymph node metastasis of tongue cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion: The loss of expression of P16 and the overexpression of cyclin D1 are related to the differentiation and the lymph node metastasis of tongue cancer.
