Analysis on Pilon Fracture on Shankbone treated by Internal Fixation Openreduction

目的 :探讨影响胫骨Pilon骨折手术疗效的相关因素。方法 :对 2 8例胫骨Pilon骨折患者手术治疗结果进行分析。结果 :术后随访 12～ 2 8个月 ,平均 2 4个月 ,采用Teen等踝关节功能评分 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ型优良率 90 % ,Ⅲ型优良率 75 % ,平均优良率 85 8%。结论 :影响胫骨Pilon骨折手术疗效的相关因素有骨折类型、软组织损伤程度、手术时间、胫骨腓骨骨折的复位及固定。

Objective To prognostic relative factors in treatment by evaluating the surgical result of tibial Pilion fracture retrospectivly.Methods,effect of operation of 28 cases with tibial Pilon fracture were retro-spectively studied.Results The average period of follow-up was 24 moths(range,12 to 28 months),according to the ankle score of Teen and Wiss,the total average excellent and good rate was 85.8% in 28 cases,90% in type ⅠandⅡ,and 75%in typeⅢ,a.Conclusion Discouraged result of Pilon fractures are significantly related to fracture type,degree of soft tissue injury,and time of operation,reduction and fixation of tibial and fibula,bone autograft.
