摘要 用 70 %乙醇提取蕨菜黄酮类化合物 ,得到粗黄酮 ,经聚酰胺纯化 ,得到精制黄酮。利用分光光度法测定了蕨菜粗黄酮、精制黄酮中的黄酮含量 ,利用聚酰胺薄膜层析法及颜色反应并与标准品芦丁、槲皮素的试验做比较。结果表明 :蕨菜干粉中总黄酮含量为 7.2 8% ,粗黄酮、精制黄酮中黄酮含量分别为 2 7.0 3 %和41 .2 5 %。蕨菜黄酮类化合物主要是黄酮和黄酮醇两类 ,其中含有芦丁成份。聚酰胺纯化有一定效果 ,但纯化过程中约 70 Extract rough flavonoid from pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum by using 70% alcohol, and then obtain refined flavonoid by purifying the rough flavonoid with polyamide. Analyze contents in the pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum, rough flavonoid and the refined flavonoid by spectrophotometryic methods, and then make qualitative analysis by polyamide sheets chromatography and coloration reaction methods. Compare the results with the results of rutin and queicitin standard sampling. Results show that the total flavonoid content in the dry weight of pteridium aquilium var. latiusculum is 7.28%, pure flavonoid in rough flavonoid is 27.03%and 41.52% in refined flavonoid. Flavonoids of pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum are mainly flavone and flavonol including rutin. Polyamide has some effects on purifying flavonoids, however, 70% of the flavonoid will be lost during the purifying process by this method.
